We're cleaning up Uptown just in time for Earth Day! Please join us in any of our 4 business districts (Eastown, East Fulton, Wealthy St or East Hills) to collect trash and beautify our community!
For this year’s Earth Day event in Eastown, we will be meeting at Basalt to grab supplies (bags and latex gloves) and spread out through the business district to collect trash and rubbish starting at 8am. When you're finished, you’ll drop your rubbish at the drop points for our lovely Uptown ambassador team to collect and head back to Basalt for a special treat, courtesy of your business district friends!
A few notes:
-Stick to the business district public thoroughfares only (no private business or residential property)
-Don't collect anything potentially hazardous such as bio-hazardous waste, needles, broken glass, etc.
-Leave your collected trash at the Uptown designated drop points only. Do not use business dumpsters.

1- on curb in front of Gino's Pizza
2- on curb in front of Billy's Lounge
3 - on curb at NW corner of Lake Dr and Atlas (just west of Spirit Dreams)
