After a tragic accident, two stage magicians (Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale) in 1890s London engage in a battle to create the ultimate illusion while sacrificing everything they have to outwit each other. Also starring Scarlett Johansson, Michael Caine, Piper Perabo, Andy Serkis, Rebecca Hall, and David Bowie as Nikola Tesla.
