Do you need information on subsidized trash removal service? The City of Grand Rapids works with Home Repair Services to connect eligible homeowners with affordable, subsidized trash service. Households that qualify will receive one subsidized 32-gallon trash cart. Additional trash carts can be purchased at full retail price and will not receive subsidized rates.
